Public hearing on annual action plan and IDEA

The Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities prepares the Annual Action Plan to guide services throughout the year.

The Board will consider adoption of the plan during its January 2022 meeting. Prior to adopting the plan, the Board will have a public hearing on the draft of the plan and will also accept comments on how federal IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) funds should be spent. This year, the hearing will take place virtually on Monday, Dec. 6 at 4 p.m. For a copy of the draft plan, contact [email protected].
