Franklin County DD is now accepting fee-waiver requests to cover the full cost of the 2025 Synergy Conference fee for people served by Franklin County, along with a support person if needed. Franklin County DD also will provide a transportation option to and from the conference this year.
Synergy takes place October 1-3 at the Kalahari Resort & Conference Center in Sandusky, Ohio.
Please note the following important information:
- Everyone who wishes to attend—regardless of waiver type—must complete the Franklin County application at the link below. DO NOT submit the online Synergy registration. If you already registered through Synergy, please reach out to cancel it, then follow the Franklin County DD process.
- Support persons also must complete a request form. Agencies taking more than one individual are encouraged to share staff as possible.
- People with Level 1 or SELF waivers must contact their service coordinators to update their ISPs and submit paperwork through GT Independence. Franklin County DD will then submit the registration using a special code.
Franklin County registration closes at 11:59 p.m. on Sept. 12. Register before then and apply for the fee waiver here:
