Identifies daily operation concerns related to pick-up times, identifies vehicle accommodations needs, and develops participant schedules using a web-based database specialized software; Promotes safe work activities by conducting safety audits, trains employees on safe work practices, and meets with individual employees on specific vehicle needs; Conducts road checks to evaluate route & vehicle performance, visits pick up and drop off locations to review loading procedures and insures safety procedures are being followed. May serve as a liaison to program sites for resolution of concerns and issues with contract transportation providers
