Classes at the Early Childhood Centers and West Central School with the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities will be on winter recess from Dec. 20 through Dec. 31. Classes resume on Jan. 3, 2022. Administration, service coordination and other 12-month offices of the Board will be open on all days except Dec. 24 and Dec. 31.
